I am a licensed real estate broker, who specializes in wealth building and real estate portfolio management. Although I started a real estate career several years after launching my first (of several) successful companies; real estate has always been my primary passion in business - as it is at the epicenter of global finance.

Having served the Southeastern-Michigan real estate market since 2001, specifically within the REO (foreclosure investment) sub-segment of our marketplace; I am adept at handling all portions of real estate transactions, portfolio acquisition/liquidation, bulk reo transactions, foreclosures, investment property, property rehabilitation and property management.

I have been the project manager for over a dozen real estate rehabilitation projects for out-of-state clientele; managing the transactions from the inception phase through implementation and execution - developing strategic planning for wealth building, using Metro-Detroit real estate as the vehicle.

Striving to provide 'tailor-made' real estate investment solutions, customly designed to fit my clients' short, intermeddiate, and long term financial goals; my clients yield an average of 31% return-on-investment. Through strategic leveraging and recapitalization, each investment 'fuels' the successive investments, portfolio growth, and over identified timeframes - wealth.

I have successfully concluded several hundred transactions, managed for Michigan's largest real estate brokerage, launched several companies; and I am currently working on advanced degrees in business.

A married father of three, I am insatiably focused on personal, perpetual improvement and consistently strive to utilize technology as an educational and communication tool.

Additionally - I am currently seeking partnerships, investors and venture capital for the launch, management, expansion and sustention of a nationally diversified REIT.
